My name is Josefine Holmberg and my passion in life is to help, inspire and motivate people around me to a more active, healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Being healthy and active became even more important for me after I got diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases, Celiac and Lyme disease.
I have a diverse training background which started with lifting weights 2009 and after that I have focused on, and competed in, Crossfit, Olympic lifting and now I have transitioned over to bodybuilding, Bikini Fitness.
I have helped 100+ clients to reach a wide variety of goals such as get started, weight loss, lose pregnancy weight, lose stubborn fat, gain weight, build muscles, or create a healthier overall lifestyle.

Somethings I have learnt over the years, and want to pass on to you, is that you can achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to as long as you believe in yourself! I believe in you and I know you will reach all your health and fitness goal if you take the step and get started, I will be there for you every step of the way to answer questions you might have, but also to inspire and motivate!
The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Is the program available world wide?
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
Can I do the plan at home?
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
Is this good for a beginner?
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Is each month the same?
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
